Give her a middle name that starts with a letter that would go with M. Like Morgan June and call her MJ.

I once knew a Morgy but my 1st choice that I think is just beautiful on it's own is the name Mor. From that I guess you could also get Mory.

Use Morgana, then you can have Annie or Anna for a nickname.

Why would she need a nickname? Most people who have nicknames have really difficult names or have names with lots of syllables. Otherwise I don't see the point. I can't see any good nickname options with Morgan unless you busted called her M. But again, a nickname with Morgan is just weird.
