I know too many little Ellas, so I would not choose it. I love Lila and Eliza, so would be happy with either. If I HAD to choose, I'd go with Eliza.

Eliza - first choice, vintage yet spunky
Ella- nice but would tweak and make Della
gets that vintage vibe yet you don't hear a lot.
Lila - I like it however there are a multitude of spellings. Also it is very popular

Eliza is my favorite. It feels classy, not pretentious, not trendy...it feels down-to-earth. Ella feels incomplete since there are other names that end in -ella (Gabriella, Isabella, etc). Lila isn't bad, but I also am not a huge fan of this spelling, and the fact that there are several different spellings will probably get annoying to your child at some point in their life as people will probably spell it incorrectly often.
