I like Mikayla or Makayla the best. It is a popular modern spelling of the name Michaela. A spelling which makes more sense IMO. I think is also sounds wonderful paired with Elizabeth.

Nothing with elizabeth should have a Mc name. Why do people even use names like that unless you are Irish or own mcdonalds don’t use it its ugly and a stupid trend that will soon fade go with kayla

Kayla is more than good enough the mc trend is plain stupid plus kayla elizabeth flows better since they have different amount of syllables while mc names have the same amount
