Cecelia "Cece" vs. Cecilia "Cece"

I am the same poster as below! My apologies about the two separate polls – I was not sure how best to put them both together. Cecelia/Cecilia is the other name we are considering. We are not sure which spelling to use because we would use the nickname "Cece", so Cecelia probably makes the most sense visually? However, the Cecilia spelling is probably my pick because (to me) it is more classic & 'correct'. Like I said in the other poll, any comments are much appreciated!

Cecilia is the most classic and authentic spelling (the original was Caecilia but today this spelling is obsolete). You can still use Cece as a nickname.
