I have a 2nd cousin with this name. I am unsure as to how she spells it I guess but I always thought it was very pretty and unique.

Definitely spell in Avonlea. I assume anyone who names their kids this is an Anne of Green Gables superfan. Very pretty name!

Avonlea has the Leah ending, not lee. Most people will mispronounce that. Avonlee is better for your desired pronunciation

Avonlea is a fictional village in the Anne of Green Gables books. Supposedly Avon is Celtic for river and Lea is of English origin for meadow. It's pretty. I think it's fine spelled that way. If you're worried about people mispronouncing it "lee-uh," then Avonley or Avonlee would work too.
