Faith vs. Use it vs. Don't
I love the name Faith for a girl, but is it too associated with religion? We are not a religious family and don't want to somehow insult religious people! Every parent I know who used this name on their daughter had religious (mostly Christian) reasons behind it. I just love the word, and think the name sounds so pretty. Please, help us!

You don't have to be religious to have faith. If you like that name for your baby girl, use it! You won't insult anyone. It's a beautiful name.
I think it really come across as very religious and if you're not religious, you might want to be ok with people assuming you are. If you decide that's not your vibe, maybe something like Faye, Brynn, Tess, Thea, or Jane?

Faith comes in many forms and they don't have to be religious. You can have faith in the future (eg. optimism), faith in a person (eg. trust) or faith in yourself (eg. confidence) etc... If you love the name, I would encourage you to use it.
I agree with Genevieve above.
And as someone whose religion is central to my life, I don't find it insulting whatsoever.

My immediate reaction to the name is that it comes across as southern more than religious. Using it, whether you're religious or not, would not be offensive to people who are religious.
