I adore Rhett. Super handsome. I would find it between trendy and timeless. I'd find Everett more timeless than just Rhett.

Definitely not timeless. Rhett is more new so it's more modern. But that's okay. Just use what you like that's also realistic and you're fine. There's definitely worse out there.

When I think of Rhett, I think of "Gone With the Wind". But it's also become a popular name lately. For those reasons, I'd say it's a combination of both.

It might have been around for decades but has it been popular for decades? No it hasn't. Definition of trendy is something that gets popular within a short amount of time, a literal trend. Rhett's fine, trendy is fine. Just let it be what it is.
