Of course it's HAL-ee. I don't know why anyone would pronounce it like Hailey unless they mistook the first L for an I.

Hallie is same as Callie.

Haylie / Hayley/ Hailey / Hailie would be ideas if you're after this name instead.

I agree that Hallie is pronounced Hal-Lee. If you want the name pronounced Hay-Lee you would use Haley, Hayley or Halie.

Hallie is hal-ee. It rhymes with Callie. I've never heard it pronounced any other way.
