Dreya vs. Yes vs. No

My best friend, Madreya, passed away with cancer recently. Maddie was my lifesaver, who's family took me in after my parents kicked me out. I'd love to name my daughter Dreya "Dray-uh" after her. What do you guys think?

It is a nice tribute to long time friend. Would you consider naming her Andreya and using Dreya as her nickname?

I suppose Dreya could work to honor Madraya. However, if your friend preferred Maddie, why not use that?

I think Dreya is fine. I mean, if the initial is changed, it would become a well established name Freya.
