It was originally a boy name, then girl moms took it over. I think it should be reclaimed as a boy name. I vote to use it.

A good girlfriend of mine is married to a very manly man whose last name is Quinn. His friends and co-workers call him Quinn so I'd say it's ok.
I think it is fine. Also love Quinton.

It's too soft and feminine for a boy. Boys want -- and need-- strong names, not wimpy ones.

Quinn isn't wimpy. I actually have a hard time picturing this name on a girl.

Love Quinn
Quinn is not soft, lol, and certainly not feminine. It's a boy name that became popular on girls, just like many others. It's fine on a boy. I know kids with both genders named Quinn and it's better on the boys imo.
However, the poster who said it's important for you to decide if it will bother you is right. If it will bother you, use Quinton nn Quinn. Quinton isn't really used for girls while other full names like Quincy and Quinlan do have some use on girls.

I know four boy Quinns and one girl Quinns. Weirdly popular name where I live, but all I'm saying is it's absolutely fine for a boy.

I know it's used for both, but I only know girls named Quinn, so it's more feminine to me.
