I know a lot of little girls and babies named Nora/Norah right now. Emma is one of the most popular names (at least most English-speaking countries that I'm aware of.) I only know one Ella and I think it's beautiful. I'd definitely pair an unusual middle name with it to spice it up a bit - something like Ella Marigold would be gorgeous.

I know two Noras so it is getting popular. I don't know any Emmas or Ellas but they seem to be super popular also.

I like both Emma and Ella, but voted for Ella. I think Emma is too popular right now.

They're all in the top 20 girl names (USA) other than Emma which I believe is top 10. If you're worried about too popular none of these are your best match.
