Either spelling works but I selected Lena.
Lena gmv. Sooo pretty! Lina is nice too but for some reason my mind wants to pronounce it Lie-nuh.

Instinctually I pronounce Lena as LAY-na first. And I would say Lina is LEE-na. Then (which not mentioned) Lana as LAH-na.
I can see though how Lena can be LAY-na or LEE-na and that makes sense. I would just be aware of that if you chose Lena that it may not be pronounced properly at first all the time.
