If Hafwen is a common name where you live disregard this comment, but I'd go with a super simple middle name. I like Mae, but prefer the spelling May. Arabella and Lili are also pretty but I think they are too complex to pair with Hafwen.

Hafwen Lili gmv. Lovely. Beautiful names that flow well together.

I haven't come across Hafwen before, but I've loved similar sounding Afanen and Heulwen for a while. I say go for it. Good luck!
