I think if it was first name and last name initials there might be a potential teasing problem, but first and middle is totally fine. She often won't even have to share her middle name if she doesn't want to.

Don't use these two. You never want initials to spell anything like BO. BM. PP. NO. HO. TT. Etc.

I voted not to use them but that's just b/c I'm a stickler for initials. What bothers me likely wouldn't bother others.
Why give her a middle name that spells anything and make her hide her name.

I known a girl who spells her name Alivia. If the initials bother you, you could consider that spelling.
