I prefer Jovie, but I'd say Jovena with a long E sound like Jo-VEE-nah. Never seen/heard it before.

Amelia Jovena rhymes too much and sounds awkward. Especially if you go the route of Jo-vee-nuh. Ah-MEE-lee-uh Jo-VEE-nuh.
