No. No flow at all, but they would work better reversed. Gregory Madison, for exampme, works well but is completely clunky the other way around.

I love love love this! I adore those names that are traditionally boys names but have migrated to become unisex names or even more commonly girls names. I love when they're used still for boys. Madison is such a handsome name!! Now, the drawback is that you're definitely going to get those people who think it should never be used for a boy and maybe don't even realize that it's traditionally a boys name. First of all don't let them get you down. Second, I don't know if you're set on the classic spelling but you could also consider changing that up. Normally I'm against weird spellings for common names but I think when you want to intentionally set it apart from a majority of female Madisons out there, you could also consider Madisonn, Madeson, or Matison if youre open to those! And if you're set on the traditional spelling, I voted Madison Gregory and I think it's so spiffy. Good luck and congrats no matter what you choose

I know twin boys named Mackenzie and Madison. They're perfectly fine.
