With your surname, I wouldn't have a middle name that contains an "s" at the end of it so both middles are not ideal.

Something like Theodore John, Theodore Wynn or Theodore Luke. Personally, I think a one syllable middle name would be good because then you would have a perfect 3-1-2 syllable count.

May I ask what the father's name is? I ask because, in Arab culture, the middle name for the child is oftentimes the father's fn. Sometimes for girls too.

James doesn't flow with either names. Too much S sounds.

I agree with others that the "s" sound in James and Elias is not ideal with your surname. I suggest you continue to search for mn without an S sound.
