I pronounce Emil as "EH-mil" and Emile as "eh-meel". Is that the way you pronounce them too?

I like all three names but I prefer Emile. It looks more complete than Emil. If you're Italian or Hispanic, Emilio may be more suitable. Of course, it all depends on your surname which I don't know.

I prefer Emil. I would only use Emilio if Italian or Spanish but that's just me.
