My husband and i have settled on Mae as our daughters first, middle or nickname after my grandma Mae who's still living (hopefully for many more years). I love the simplicity of the name but I'm torn on how to use it! If you choose middle name please suggest some older style/classic girl names to pair with it. TY!

I love Mae as a nickname! I have a great full name you can use for it to be a nickname. Mailyn is a very cute name, and it has a lot of nickname possibilities. This includes Lynn, Mimi, Mael, Em, Ellen and of course Mae!

First name Mae. I love when people use bland middle names like Marie, Rose, Rae, etc... in the middle name slot because it shows they truly love the name and I think it allows people to really appreciate the names beauty instead of seeming like a filler name because it flows with everything.
