Kian is my preferred spelling. I've also seen Kyan.

At first glance I pronounced Keyen as kay-in
I said Kian as kye-in
Keyan I said as your pronunciation kee-en

Kian. It's just like Ian. But I would have said any of these three spellings as KEY-in.
