Definitely Casey for a boy

Even if this was for a girl I would at least use Kacey.

Lee doesn't go with Casey.

Thanks OP for the clarification.

I fear that you and your son would have to constantly correct people's spelling AND pronunciation if you choose Kayce. My advice to you would to keep it simple for your son's sake and go with Casey Luke Richardson.
