I adore Addie, but it would be nice to have a fuller name in some instances to fall back on. Adeline, Addison or Adelaide are my favorites. All three are darling.

Addie sounds forever juvenile to me. Since we spend the most time as adults, I would choose a full name as it gives your daughter more options as she matures.

Adeline, Adelaide, Adele, Adrienne, Adara, Adira or even Ada would be lovely choices.

It works alone, but it's always best to have a longer name to back it up. I've always loved the name Adeline nn Addie, but she's your daughter, so it's your choice!
