How should vs. I spell Isabelle

Hi. I want to name my daughter Isabelle Katherine but I don't know how to spell it. I'll list the different ways I've been thinking of and can you comment which one you like best. Thanks so much. Isabelle (French) or Isobel (Scottish)
Kathryn is my preference but this is because it was my Grandmothers name given by her Irish parents.
