Ray/Rae vs. Longer version?

Would love to honour my dad Ray with my daughter's name. Just using Ray/Rae doesn't flow as nicely with our surname it's very short and choppy sounding. Was wondering what are some longer and more feminine versions that have Ray in it or Ray can at least be a NN. Thanks!

Is your dad officially Raymond? If so, the feminine of that is Ramona.
Might be a stretch but you hear ray in Grace.
