I prefer Nora with no "h", so Frankie Sarah gets my vote.

The flow of Frankie Sarah feels off to me for some reason, so I opted for Frankie Norah. I'd like Frankie Nora more though :)

Nothing girly will work well because its essentially a masculine name, not to mention juvenile. As a nn fine buts its not a full name, no maturity potential.

Frankie will remain the full name because I love it more than France or Francesca. I believe any name can stand on its own for an adult, so that's what I'm going with. And yes, I'm happy to consider other middle name suggestions!
