Could Toby work as a full name, or does it have to be used as a nickname? I LOVE Toby for a girl (if my baby is a girl), but I'm not sure if it sounds complete enough. What do you think?

October is great! Tobitha or Tobermory are also options, but I think you could just name her Toby without a longer name.

Tobia is the female form of Tobias.
Another option is Christobel nn Toby.

I'm sorry, I think Toby is terrible.
October is my favorite, but it's a little "out there" as a name, Toby is cute and less "formal sounding" so I think either of those, depending on your preference!
