I like the flow of both Seraphina Mei and Vivienne Mei Lee. I don't think Freya Mei is ideal.

If you're going to use two middles, I wouldn't use two "short" ones together as it impedes the rhythm. I prefer Mei but there's nothing wrong with Lee.

Here, I voted for Seraphina Mei. I think it sounds nice.
