I'm sorry but woof… I don't think either name is even remotely attractive. If you're looking to honor someone, I think there's a more pleasant way to do so.

Neither is a good option but I guess Benjamina is preferable to Isaaca.
I would just use a female name that begins "Isa" or "Ben" such as Isabel or Benita. You could even use "I" and "B" initials.

Benjamina reluctantly gmv. At least she could go by Mina or Mimi, which are darling. Good luck! :0)
Mina would be sweet

I agree with Benjamina with the nickname Mina.
Although it isn't a form of Isaac, Isabel, Isabella or Isabelle would be a better choice.
Not fond of either, though.

Funnily enough I work with an Isaaca so I don't hate it.

Are you pronouncing Benjamina as the English pronunciation or Spanish (ben-ha-meen-a)? I only like it the Spanish way. If you're pronouncing it with the J sound, I honestly do not like either name. I don't think you need to use as direct of a variation—I agree with others that you could use any name that has "Isa" or "Ben" in it, or Mina for Benjamin.
