Lillian (Lilly) Elizabeth vs. Isabella (Bella) Elizabeth vs. Madison (Maddy) Elizabeth

Naming our boy was a breeze. Michael Joseph (MJ). Please help us decide on the perfect timeless name for his little sister. Elizabeth will definitely be her middle name.

Lillian is a diminutive of Elizabeth so I'd eliminate the first option. I like Isabella but I don't think Isabella Elizabeth sounds very good. And unfortunately, I don't care for Madison as it reminds me of the word medicine so I didn't vote. Sorry :(

Madison has the best flow with Elizabeth by far!
Plus I like the Ms
Michael and Madison/MJ and Maddy
They seem perfect for siblings!

Lillian and Isabella are both forms of Elizabeth so I voted for Madison though it's my least favorite of the three (I don't hate it it's just not my style). I think Lillian Elizabeth does sound fine if you don't care about using two forms of the same name, but Isabella Elizabeth is kind of a mouthful.

I don't think most people would know that Lillian & Isabella are variants of Elizabeth. Madison is not timeless in my opinion. Lillian Elizabeth is my favorite :)
