I know one Kaia and she spells it like so. I've actually never seen it spelt another way tbh.

I like Kaia best because it looks less like kayak (though I actually love kayaking).

I once met a Kaija.
To my Kaya is a surname.
Kaia or Kyah would be my choice. Kaiya although close to Kaija I think looks like you're trying to be creative where Kaija looks Scandinavian.
