BG! We already have a Halle. I am wondering if "Kai-lee-uh" is too similar? We are not hawaiian, I do love the sound of this name. Not sure how to spell it or if it would be ok to use it. Thoughts.

Kailea is the only spelling that I would pronounce the way that you intended. I don't think that it is too close to Halle. Its fine.

If you pronounce Kailea like kie-LEH-a, I don't think the names are too close. Otherwise, both names share a "lee" sound. That may be a dealbreaker for some - others not so much.

I think these names are too similar to Halle.
I would spell it Kyleah to get the pronunciation you want.
