My vote goes to Maeve with the possibility of Mae as a nn.

May is very popular just now for both first and middle names. I don't care for it. I like Mabel and Maeve but voted for the former.

May is actually not ranked as a given name. In other words, it's not even in the US top 1,000. I love it as a standalone and voted for it but I do like as a diminutive of Mabel as well.
I like Mae as a nickname for Maeve.

I greatly prefer Mae/May to Maeve and Mabel. I met a young girl named Mae a few years ago so I don't think it's too dated for this generation. Mabel sounds way older, to be honest.

I like all your names but I think May is fine as a first name. Short, simple and sweet. It's a perfect example of the phrase "less is more".
