I don't want Josephine as her first name. Josephine is my husband's aunt's name who he is very close with, Marilyn is my grandmother's name (she passed away 2 years ago), and Katherine is my mother's name. Maybe that will help voters decide.

Honestly, after reading your comment, I think Marilyn is the best choice even more! Honoring you husband's aunt and your mother are both great, but I think honoring your deceased grandmother is even greater. Since your daughter will not be able to meet her, unlike the aunt and your mother, I think having her be the namesake would be amazing.

Ivy Josephine - I don't particularly care for IJ initials (intrajugular)
