I voted for Lily. To me, Lilly is a surname and a pharmaceutical corporation. Lillie is okay, I guess, but it doesn't project the same vibe, imo.
I agree with the above comments! Go with Lily like the flower.

I much prefer the Lily spelling and I love it as a standalone name.

Generally when a name is also a word I go with that spelling. It saves headaches and makes the imagery more direct. But I do also like Lillie, a French nn for Emilie, like Lillie Langtree.
The only non-starter for me here is Lilly. Good luck! :0)
