I know one Alena, who pronounces it A-len-na and not A-lee-na. If you want the latter pronunciation, I would suggest the Alina spelling

I would pronounce the second syllable of these spellings differently.

Alina - "lee"
Alena - "leh"

I'm inclined to think Alena looks better but I didn't vote because I'm unsure as to the pronunciation you want.
