Eliza Juliet because the shared "e" sounds are further apart (in the combo). Hopefully, your last name can handle a 3/3 first/middle.

Daphne Juliet gmv, as its quite nice having the contrast between 2 syllables in the first name and 3 syllables in the middle name, and the transition from the d at the end of Enid and the J at the beginning of Juliet isnt quite as pleasing as the transition from Daphne to Juliet
