Personally, I'm not too sure about pairing two names that are technically words together. middle names don't really ever get used though, so don't be super concerned. I always liked Ivy until someone pointed out that it sounded like IV (like, intravenous) And now I can't unhear it. Of course, if you love the name, then go for it, but it's just something to consider. Here's some suggestions in case you like any!

Since the "l" in Opal runs into the "O" in Opal, Ivy Opal flows better.
