I voted "no" as I think there's too many "l" sounds in the combo.
I'm pretty sure some Olivia's use lily as a nickname, plus it doesn't sound good together

Each name is lovely on its own. Together they have a lot of repetitious sounds (L's and i's). It's not a bad combination, but you can do better. Are there any other names you like? :0)
They're fine names individually but together they have too many similar sounds.
No it doesn't flow. And Lily is so common. It's so tiring!
