It's actually dropping in popularity according to the name charts. I've never met a Gemma, I live in the midwestern US. I like it okay, not my favorite name but it's not the worst.

@ T- so many names are "old lady" names but names regenerate over time so that's just the way it is and has always been 🤷 Think about all the names that are popular now days like Hazel, Olivia, Isabella, Sophia etc, they're all regenerated names.

Just wanted to make it known that the poster named T that said the one posters suggestions are ugly is not the same T as above. And I didn't say it was an old lady name. I said it makes me think of an old lady. That was my opinion, but again the other T was not the same person. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, and everyone is entitled to suggest whatever name they like.

Why did that one guest come back and defend themselves as someone else like it isn't obvious it's still them 😂 it's okay to defend yourself as yourself.
