Meilee vs. Mailee vs. Maylee
My fiancé and I want to use "may-lee" as our daughter's name but are having trouble with the spelling. My middle name is spelt Mei (adopted from china when I was 2 hence the spelling) but I'm not sure Meilee looks good. On the other hand May is how it's spelt on my fiancés side of the family. Lee is a family name on my fiancés side. She will have the nickname of Mei/May or maybe Mae.

I actually think Meilee looks the best and I LOVE that it honours your name. If you didn't go with Meilee, I think the only other spelling I would consider is Maylie.

I agree that Meilee looks odd. It's not on here but I think Maelie looks the best. Nickname Mae or you could also spell it Mei since those letters are in Maelie.

You could do something like Meia (first name) Lee (middle name) with the nickname Meilee? OR Maeva Lee, Esmae Lee, Maisy Lee,

My cousin has this name. It's spelled Meili, but she's had issues with people pronouncing it her whole life. Make of that what you will!
