I still prefer Stella and Violet for twin girls.

From these options, I choose Isabel & Violet. I like that they're six letters each.

I agree with Genevieve. You have a beautiful, winning pairing of Stella & Violet. Isabel, no matter the version, is too common.

If Isabel is a must, then Isabel & Violet. The el sound in Isabel is too similar to the el sound in Stella.
