Sophia Kate vs. Sophia Kathryn

We love the name Sophia and it's the name of one of my great-grandmothers. Kathryn is my husband's mother, who died when he was 3, but she went by Kate. So these names are both very special to us. We are not too concerned with popularity. Her older brothers are Thomas Cameron(4) and Caleb Max (2). Thanks!

To me, Sophia Kate Johnson looks and sounds best. Besides, if she went by Kate, then it probably makes the most sense to use that form (of the name).

I like Kate

I voted for Sophia Kate. I think the one syllable name flows better because Kathryn & Johnson are both two syllables and also end in "n".

Kathryn, Kate has become overused and dull.

It's none of your business if the poster doesn't care about popularity. You don't need to be rude. I have an extremely popular name, Jennifer and I like it. All my friend's who have more of a name that is not common hates their name because nobody can pronounce it or say it!

That 1 Guest stop your crying. If they like it that is all that matters. If your name being popular bothers you that much you have bigger fish to fry with insecurity. I WISH my biggest problem in life was my name!!

I'm more concerned with how common being a c-nt is than Sophia. Which my other guest could learn from too.
