You know, I voted for Miles but I really don't have a preference.
I prefer Milo myself but I think Miles is preferable to Myles. Miles just looks more distinguished and less trendy to me. People are always putting y's where they don't belong especially when it comes to females (Robyn, Wynter, Rylee etc...). Another advantage of choosing Miles: you wouldn't need to say "that's Miles with y".

Myles for sure. Myles is the correct spelling imo as a name.
Miles is distance. I would never assume a boy with this name would be spelled Miles.

Every boy I've known with this name is spelled Myles. It looks odd to me if it's spelled with an i since that's how you measure distance.
