I was going to say Daisy, but with sister Rose that might be a bit cheesy (too obvious a theme). I think Marguerite would be the better way to go, and you could still call her Daisy as a nickname if you want. I think the surname is fine.

Marguerite means Daisy so you'd have two names rolled into one. I voted for Marguerite.
