full name vs. for Emily vs. ideas needed!

We are having twin girls and love the sound of Katie and Emily as a pair—basic but we really like it. My husband thinks Katie is too nickname for a standalone name, so Katie will get the full name Katerina. For balance, I now want a full name for Emily, even if it traditionally isn't a nickname. The only one I can think of is Emmeline, which I am not 100% on. Does anyone have any ideas? Katerina (Katie) and ... (Emily)? Thanks!
