Romy Paige gmv. Cute.

Romy can stand on its own very well. But what about Romilly ("RAHM-i-lee") Paige, nn Romy? I know the O sounds are different. But with nicknames that's not unusual (ex: Catherine / Kate.) Romilly is a town in France. Just a thought. Good luck! :0)

Rylee is not only misspelled, I find it boring and Renlie is some sort of unfortunate modern invention, imo. That leaves Romy, which gmv.

Are you specifically going for an R initial?
As they are I voted for Rylee but I would have for sure chosen Renlie if it were spelled Wrenley.

Names can be spelled however one wants. When I was a little girl, I didn't like the way my mother spelled my nn (which is what I am called), so she told me to spell it how I wanted to. And I changed it.
