I am not a fan but mostly because it looks like Otto but misspelt. Charlotte nn Lottie would be cute and keeps the same sound. If you choose to stick with Otti, I do feel it needs a full name (Odette being my favourite of the O names listed).
Much prefer Otti for Charlotte than Lottie. But I like Odette the most.

I dislike Otti as a full name or a nickname. It's like naughty without the N. Or haughty.
