Also, the relative that goes by Jenny is close to me in age and it's their nickname. Without disclosing too much, their legal name is different (another language). It's common in our family to have a legal name in our language and go by an English name.

I'm sticking with Olivia Jenny. The combo is a vintage delight whereas I find the other two rather modern (and expected). I am biased though: Jenny was one of my great-grandmother's names. I think Jennie was the more popular spelling back in the day, fwiw.

I agree with @Namehog that Olivia Jenny is the nicest option. However, the fact that you have a relative who goes by Jenny, who you have no interest in honouring, my vote changes.
Olivia Laura is my second pick, followed by Olivia Chloe. Olivia Jade is next, followed by Olivia Jenny at the end. Like I said before, my first pick if you didn't have the relative, would be the lovely Olivia Jenny.
