Yes, I personally think it's too "80's" (as a combo) but I don't think that should preclude you from using it if it's what you love.
I think both names are pretty so if you like them together, go for it.

Jessica Michelle is classic and lovely!! She also has some modern nickname options (such as Jess, Jessie, and Jessa), so I wouldn't worry about her sounding too old fashioned!!

I have a name dated to the previous generation and I've never minded. I like having a name everyone knows how to say and spell, but I was always the only one in school with that name. I don't think your daughter will mind being named Jessica.

Jessa Michelle would be a more modern version of Jessica Michelle with jessa being more new age and Michelle being more vintage. All together Jessica Michelle is really nice, especially compared to some of the things I've seen on here.
