I voted for Finn Alexander as I feel the shortness of Finn works better with a longer middle name. Finn Cornelius would also work. Personally, I prefer Finn as a nickname: Griffin Axel or Finnegan Axel.
I'm not really a fan of Finn as a given name or a nickname. But if you are going to use it, I think Alexander works best as a middle name. (Cory Alexander would be closer to my style.)

I'm personally not a fan of Finn but there's nothing wrong with it. I do; however, love Alexander but I probably wouldn't pair them together as I feel it's a bit "n" heavy.
Another vote for Finn Alexander.
I didn't appreciate the history of the name (Fionn) until I did a little Irish mythological research. It's an old name that has grown on me.
